Sankei develops innovative high quality contact probes, named “Outer Spring Contact Probe”. Sankei has been driven to solve the short coming of the standard design contact probe ( Inner Spring Contact Probe ) which had failed to obtain precise measurement by having fatal problem of the following:

Sankei's designed probe has a plunger which contacts to electronic device is put inside of a barrel as same as inner spring type, but a spring is put together with barrel at outside of a plunger. This design mechanism system is more complex than an inner spring probe. With such design, an electric signal is conveyed only through the plunger without contact to any other parts of the probe. This system is able to provide precise measurement.
